Delete Your Account
If you no longer wish to use ZimLearn, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted within 7 days of your request.
What gets deleted:
- Your account and login credentials
- All quiz answers and scores
- All exam submissions and results
- Game Quest progress, XP, and leaderboard rank
- Study notes you created
- All progress analytics and statistics
- Device session records
What is retained:
- Nothing — all data is permanently removed
